This space, the Chisholm Studio, comes production-ready, with loading dock access, updated electrical, climate-control, and quick access to the area's filming locations. The studio also offers numerous equipment storage areas, offices, conference rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and media-ready post-service spaces - a veritable one-stop shop for filming in the area. Additionally, Lost Forty has partnered with key Twin-Cities vendors to bring out-of-town services to our Chisholm stage. During a unique introductory period, renting through the Chisholm office will allow you to rebate many costs through MN, IRRRB, and St, Louis Country for a possible 70% rebate.
